Vintage 90s strapless cocktail dress, Size XS

Vintage 90s mini dress thats perfecttt for upcoming proms, weddings, or just for a quick run to petsmart. who am i to judge

•Marked a size 10 but fits much smaller! I’m a size 8 and couldn’t even begin to zip it🤣
•26.5” bust
•28” waist
•Definitely check your bust measurement against this because it’s a lil tiny up top!
•Made in the early 90s
•There’s no brand or composition tag but the shell feels like a poly chiffon
•Concealed zipper closure in the back
•Ruching on the top
•Beautiful sequin and beads form an empire waist
•There’s only like 2 sequin missing and it’s not even noticeable! this is in great shape!
•The skirt might be the most beautiful thing i’ve ever seen with it’s ruffled tendrils of chiffon
•The drapery of it is so elegant and timeless
•There’s two lil loops on each side of the inside so this probably at some point had detachable straps and could have been straps added on again
